Beautiful beach for relaxation.

We booked an excursion, but due to poor communication, we were late and the bus left without us. The hotel staff, including manager Miguel, insisted it was our fault and refused to cover the taxi fare, which cost us $50. This experience left us feeling frustrated and neglected. we will not use their services again.

It was just a suitable option for a short stay in Cancun with fantastic value for money. The kids loved the pool and said it was the best part of our trip. Make reservations for restaurants as soon as you arrive to avoid the waitlist.

The grounds are stunning and well-kept. Incredible variety in dining options, with globally inspired dishes that impressed everyone in the family. The pool activities for kids were fantastic, ensuring they were entertained all day. However, our room had poor sound insulation, which led to disruptive nights with loud neighbors. Additionally, accessing some restaurants proved difficult, limiting our dining experience. Overall, the staff were courteous, but improvement is needed in room comfort and restaurant availability.

Great Spot for Families

The staff was excellent during our stay. An experience at the water park kept my kids Matteo and Valentina entertained while I enjoyed the perfect service at the restaurants, especially from Oswill at the steakhouse.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still reasonable for the value we received.

This resort is an adventure! The kids were beyond excited with all the pools, a massive waterpark, and endless activities that kept them entertained all day. The themed restaurants blew me away with their really good quality-can we talk about those cocktails? Wow!
